Fees

• Initial 30 minute face to face consult is $0
• Fee for a 50 minute therapy session is $125
• Fee for a no show or cancellation within a 24 hour window of your appointment is $125
• Phone calls in between sessions involving therapeutic matters may be charged at a prorated rate based on the length of the call.

All fees are due at the time of service.  Cash, check or credit card are accepted forms of payment.  

Insurance

Amy Cathey, LCSW is considered  an "out of network" provider for all insurance plans and does not accept insurance.  

Upon request, a "superbill" may be provided for clients to submit to their own insurance company for reimbursement.  Reimbursement is according to specific plan benefits as related to out of network providers for mental health services.
